FITNESS AT HOME

If you do not want to leave your home to workout then why not give one of my online classes a go? It's like having a personal trainer in your own living room.

The best part is that you don't even have to turn your camera on. Just join the class and follow along with me. The only piece of equipment that you'll need is mat or a towel for floor work.

BOOTCAMP AT HOME

This is the perfect workout if you are looking to get sweaty, burn calories, and beat that lockdown lethargy in 45 minutes. In the session, you'll be performing a wide array of movements at a high intensity, focusing on upper & lower body strength work, core stability & cardiovascular conditioning.

Every Tuesday & Friday 12:00-12:45pm

FLEXIBILITY FOR BEGINNERS

This class is beneficial if you work at a desk, exercise often, or generally feel stiffness in the muscles and joints. In these sessions, we'll go through a variety of basic poses with the aim of increasing range of motion, improving postural alignment, bettering movement mechanics and preventing injuries.

Every Wednesday 1:00-1:45pm
