THREE STEPS TO A BETTER YOU
Think of this as an informal friendly chat. In your free consultation we will get to know each other a little bit better and talk about what you want from a personal training plan. We will discuss your goals and how I could help you reach them. This can be at a time and place of your choosing.
Once you have chosen a package, I will then get to work in designing a personal training programme that is unique to you or your group. This will be based around your goal and will be optimised to get you the results you want efficiently. Your plan is tailor made specifically for you!
ON YOUR TIME
All of our sessions will be at a time that suits you. Please bear in mind that I work on a first come first served basis - personal training slots are available from 7am - 9pm Monday to Saturday. I will do my best to accommodate your schedule so remember to book your sessions in as soon as you sign up.
THREE GYMS ACROSS BRIGHTON
Suitable for both single and group training, my gym training packages are designed to suit your needs. I am based in three different gyms across Brighton and Hove: Elements Performance PT in Kemp Town, Reebok CrossFit Connect in Hove, and the Falmer Sports Complex in Falmer. Check out the gallery to see which location suits you.
Whether your goal is fat loss, core stability, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, strength gain or all of the above, then these are the places to achieve it.
YOUR HOME OR LOCAL PARK
If working out in a gym isn't your thing then I can come to you. We can either train in your home or local park - it's completely your choice. I have all of my own equipment including barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine balls and much more, so I'll essentially be bringing the gym to you!
This option is suitable for both single and group training and is perfect if your goal is fat loss, core stability, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, strength gain or all of the above.
