MY FITNESS JOURNEY
WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
Back in 2015, I wasn't happy with the way I looked. I felt lethargic, had low energy, and even lower self-esteem. Although I was going to the gym I wasn't seeing any results... so what was going wrong? After doing some digging around online I discovered that fat loss and weight training was a lot simpler than I had thought.
And so my fitness journey began...
After making some small changes to my nutrition and optimising my fitness programme, I started seeing results quickly. No longer was I having to spend two hours a day in the gym or worrying about an unrealistically strict diet. I was in control. I felt happier, had more energy and finally started to enjoy fitness.
But it didn't end there... two years on I qualified as a personal trainer.
AND HERE WE ARE
I now dedicate my time to helping others reach their personal fitness goals. Using my own experience and learning from some of the best fitness coaches around, I have developed fun, varied and efficient training methods for my clients.
