ABOUT ME
Back in 2015, I wasn’t happy with the way I looked or felt. I was lethargic, had low energy and had constant aches and pains from sitting still all day. I started going to the gym but didn’t really know where to begin until I discovered strength and fitness training. Not only did it make me feel healthier but I started to tone up and look better too.
And so my fitness journey began...
DISCOVERING FITNESS
Discovering fitness was a game-changer. It taught me that exercise wasn’t just about vanity but a way to strengthen the body, make it more resilient and reduce the risk of age-related injuries. It made me realise that I wanted to share this knowledge and see similar improvements in other people.
That's when I decided to qualify as a personal trainer...
AND HERE WE ARE
I now dedicate my time to helping others reach their personal fitness goals. I coach people of all ages, from teens to older adults, and I have since gained an Exercise Referral qualification, so I can improve the health and well-being of people with specific medical requirements. I am also a director at an older adults fitness company called Fit For Good, which helps people keep fit and healthy in later life.
