Small group classes are a fun and social way to achieve your goals

Exercise together

I offer Bootcamp, Flexibility and HIIT group classes which are fun, social and boost motivation to achieve a great workout.

Groups are small so that exercises can be tailored to individual needs and I ensure everyone gets an optimal workout. And in the summer months, we train in the park to the backdrop of greenery!

Exercise Class

HIIT

HIIT (high intensity interval training) is a community based class that will help you get fitter and stronger in 45 minutes. In the session, you'll be performing a wide array of bodyweight movements at a high intensity, focusing on speed, agility and explosiveness, as well as floor work to improve core stability.

Flexibility

Flexibility is a lower intensity class that is beneficial if you work at a desk, exercise often, or generally feel stiffness in the muscles and joints. In these sessions, we'll go through a variety of poses with the aim of increasing range of motion, improving postural alignment, bettering movement mechanics and preventing injuries. You'll definitely feel all stretched out by the end of it!

Senior Fitness & Flexibility

Senior Fitness & Flexibility is a great way to stay fit and healthy in later life. In these classes, we focus on strength exercises to maintain bone mineral density, core stability for midline stabilisation, balance work for fall prevention, postural work for bodily alignment & cardiovascular conditioning for heart health.
