BOOTCAMP
Located at St. Michael's Church in Lancing in the winter and Lancing Manor Park in the summer, BOOTCAMP is the perfect workout if you are looking to build strength, burn calories and get fitter in 45 minutes. In the session, you'll be performing a wide array of movements using a set of dumbbells, focusing on upper & lower body strength work, core stability and cardiovascular conditioning.

FLEXIBILITY
Held over Zoom, FLEXIBILITY is a lower intensity class that is beneficial if you work at a desk, exercise often, or generally feel stiffness in the muscles and joints. In these sessions, we'll go through a variety of poses with the aim of increasing range of motion, improving postural alignment, bettering movement mechanics and preventing injuries. You'll definitely feel all stretched out by the end of it!

HIIT
Located at St. Luke's Church in Hanover in the winter and Queen's Park in the summer, HIIT (high intensity interval training) is a community based class that will help you get fitter and stronger in 45 minutes. In the session, you'll be performing a wide array of bodyweight movements at a high intensity, focusing on speed, agility and explosiveness, as well as floor work to improve core stability.
