Whatever you want to achieve through fitness, I am here to help. I have had years of experience guiding people towards all sorts of fitness goals, from weight loss to skill-based work such as being able to do their first push up or pull up. Your programme will be tailor made, starting off at an appropriate intensity in accordance with your current fitness level and scaling up gradually over the course of weeks and months. Not only that but each session will feature the necessary mobility and preparatory work to help you build and maintain a functional, resilient and injury-free body.

MY PRIVATE GYM

Located a short walk from the Preston Park Velodrome, my private personal training gym has everything you need to reach your goals, including pull up & dip bars, dumbbells, kettlebells, a Rogue Echo Bike, an olympic barbell with up to 100kg of bumper plates, and a plyometric box that ranges from 20 to 32 inches.

It is the perfect venue if you prefer to train in private.

THE VELODROME

If working out in a gym is not your thing then we can head over to the Preston Park Velodrome. This is a great venue for personal training as it is flat and has shaded areas. Furthermore, as I live nearby I can bring over any equipment we need for the session.

If the weather's bad we can head over to my private gym.
