HELLO, I'M JORDAN
I am a personal trainer based in the Preston Park in Brighton. My aim is to help you look, move and feel better through a well-rounded approach to fitness. I am of the belief that what we do in the gym should carry over to everyday life by enabling you to function better. That's why I combine mobility, cardiovascular and strength training to help you build a functional, resilient and injury-free body.
I train all of my clients in my fully equipped private gym in Preston Park. I also provide online fitness training, personalised programmes and weekly fitness classes. Whatever your goals are, I am there to help you reach them.
